Prefects Corner Spiritual Life Mission:
The Spiritual Life Mission of the Sodality; is devotion to the Blessed Mother venerated as the Mother of Jesus. Living a life, which shows the presence of Christ. Praying through Mary to Jesus, who said, "All Things possible with Christ." This way of life builds faith, which makes things possible and hope, which gives courage, which leads to charity, which reflects the love of God and our neighbors.
This is why it is suggested that we pray daily. Suggested daily prayer in our life includes Mass, Rosary, Spiritual reading and Liturgy of the Hour (Christian Prayer).
The Apostolic Life Mission of the Sodality reflects spirituality in the way of the Sodalist life through service to the church and parish programs which care for the sick, the elderly, the poor, and the homeless. We should also be concerned for Christian education and legislation. Currently the Health bill needing to be passed in the Senate should be encouraged. DC's bill for same sex marriage should be obliterated or discouraged.
Sodalists are also concerned about family life and issues before the Parish Council, the School Board and Parent Teacher Associations. Be involved with the religious instruction, RICA and CCD in the parish.
